Up until now, all the infomation that we have had from the company has been forward looking. So far we do not have one deal that has closed. This has led to a great deal of skeptisum on this board about PO boxes et. I have had no real answer to those critics other than to say what my expectations were of the future of the company. It has been a long hard road, over a year for me.

it's fine. We got dd one for her 7th birthday. The first week she played a lot, now she plays every once in a while and she knows the rules and doesn't break them. It's also very handy for plane trips, long car rides, waiting in the doctor's office. Lots of fun and educational games, too. Enjoy!

Like the topic said, which character's death has upset you the most, whether it's because you didn't want him/her to die or because you didn't like the way they die etc. For me, it has got to be Adam's death. He was a great character/villain in season 2 (one of the few good things about it), and had alot of potential. I wasn't pissed because of the fact that he died, but for the utterly stupid...

the problem is not with you, it's with him. Is he the type of child you have to peel away from the t.v.? Is he the type of kid who sees and hears little else when the t.v. is on? Would it be unlike him to ever turn off the t.v. and walk away on his own? If you answered "yes," to any of these questions, then buying a DS will make everyone's life hell, parameters or no parameters.

Up until now, oil companies needed to actually prove they had reserves before they reported proven oil reserves. Now, however, the SEC is allowing them to use internal, proprietary computer models to essentially pull their “proven reserve” numbers out of thin air (or the nearest friendly Monte Carlo simulation). That sounds a lot like what the global warming scientists have been doing ...

Actually, there are lots of mothers that are that fucking stupid. It's not her job to collect evidence and make a case--go to the police and they will do it.

According to directv's web lookup (I haven't verified with anyone locally), the Flint MI market now has TWO PBS station in HD. Kinda odd, but ok, channel 28 and 19. No new list as far as future market launches, could be they are done until D12 is up and running in early 2010.

Tried PPV and works pretty well. Movie came up instantly after paying with CC online. 3 days later though they added state tax to my account. So now have to go back and pay another .25, probably just wait until I want to see another one this weekend. I like it.
