I have a hug sweet tooth, and the consequences of the sweeteners I have found in chocolates are not tolerable! I tried a chocolate fudge with stevia and cream cheese using unsweetened chocolate and it was AWWWFULLL! It was very bitter with a bad sweet aftertaste so I threw it away.
