This is a close up picture so you might not fully tell. But people tell me I'm still so small for 7 months. (32 weeks) and the people at WIC think I'm too underweight. Ive gained 6 lbs maybe my whole pregnancy so far. But i eat alot! And i eat really healthy too. My doctor doesn't seem worried about it yet since the baby IS growing and everything. But just for fun and to ask, what do you think? ...

I just got a new foster dog in today, his name is Theo and he is very underweight. How often and how much should I feed him without it being to fast or harsh on his system? What do you all recommend that I add in addition to his dry kibble to help him gain weight? Would it be a good idea to get the tube with stuff that you put over he food that you can get from petsmart that helps add extra ...

on this site, a healthy/perfect bmi is normally regarded as 20, and anything below that is underweight. but i'm asking you, do you think a bmi of 18.5 is underweight if the person in question is maintaining it on 2000 calories? is underweight anything below 18.6/20/whatever for you? or is underweight a weight at which a person has to eat less in order to maintain such a low weight? what is ...

I had to take my male into the vet several weeks ago for a horrid ear infection. This was his first visit to this vet since our out of state move. While I liked the vet - he did agree with my views on vaccinations. His concern was for Kato's weight. Kato only weighs 90 lbs and is on the thin side. Well, basically you can see his ribs a bit. He is in no way emaciated. He is an extremely active ...

Hello YT Polo went to the Vet about a month a go. And I was so excited to see how much he weighed. He had not been weighed since I got him so the lady comes out and tells me Polo weighs a whopping 4.3 pounds. I had thought he was at least 5lbs so my question is Will Polo gain anymore weight? (he is one) I also switched his food to a high Protein diet he now eats Orijen , Acana Pacifica,...

So my son is 19 months old and maybe weights 20 lb soaking wet. He is in the -3% to -5% for weight and the 25% for height. I am taking him to the dr office monthly just to make sure he is not losing weight and he has a dr visit every 3 months to keep tabs on his weight but I am just getting more and more stressed. Some days he eats other days he just has a little bit to eat. I am really worried ...

Hello everyone. I have a submission wrestling tournament coming up on December 18th, but I am a little underweight for my category (I am 152-153 in a 145-163 category). Normally this would not be a problem as I could cut to the division below, but this tournament is a day after my last final exam (I have 4 and will be studying 40+ hours a week from now till the 17th). So cutting weight...

Hi, I gained so much weight with my first- 35kg (that's about 77pounds). Some was fluid, I had preecampsia but literally most was because I ate to much, I had gained 20kg (about 40pounds) by 20 weeks. I was underweight to start with... but not that much! Now I'm pregnant again, I lost the weight and I'm determined not to do that again (I can actually laugh about it now).It was a battle to lose ...

My old man adopted a Greyhound last night! This poor fellow is 4 years old and from the looks of him has not had a good life so far. He is way underweight, scarred, and his hind fur is worn away from sleeping on cement pads all his life. He comes with the name Palls Seaweed (or Pall as we are calling him). As of right now he is very timid and scared but at the same time very sweet. He shows no ...

I have up to a year maybe to get new car seats. I will need three for the back seat of a chevy lumina. Right now two bucket seats and the true fit *just* fit. Seats would be for a newborn outgrowing bucket, underweight toddler who is in 22lb rated seat and maybe one for my daughter. I am thinking Radians all 'round. When do they go on sale? OR when do other manufactors have...

So our foster Pete went to the vet today for his happy tail. Turns out it's infected, but that's not my main concern. According to Dr C's scale, he's about 11 lbs underweight. His GD page says his race weight is 73; the scale says he's 62. (And that's better than it was a week ago-he's visibly gained some weight!) My question is what do I feed him? Just more of the kibble he's already ...

Ollie is really underweight and is being treated for giardia as well. I am feeding him 6 cups of food 3 and 3 PLUS 4 Large milk bones and dried chicken strips when he comes in from being a good boy and peeing and pooping outside. In the interim hours between meals, this boy is looking for food like I haven't fed him. I shouldn't feed more tham 6 cups, should I?...
