This is on a Dell Mini laptop. WinXP, SP3, Intel Atom 1.6 GHz, 1 GB RAM. Every time I boot, this pops up and I can't do anything, not even get to task manager. It is in some foreign language, Russian? I can't tell what it says, but I have the option to enter a code into a box. I'm clueless on this one.

Hello, I've added the system state and shadow copy components to my backup schedules but everytime it does the backup it just says " VSS Snapshot warning.
