I have connected the TV2 feed from my 9242 to two different TVs on different floors in my house. I want to know if/how I can use two UHF remotes to control those TVs in addition to the IR remote I use for the TV1 output. I've seen other posts talking about using two UHF remotes but they seem to be replacing the IR remote and keeping the total at two remotes. Any help would be greatly ...

Theoretically, could I program a UHF hand held radio to operate on GMRS channels? Obviously I would need the programming software and cable but would it be done? The radio I am thinking about is a VX160U.

I got my 722 about 6 weeks ago and have had difficulties with the UHF remote throughout. It doesn't seem to reliably get signal back to the 722. Here is what I've done so far: Switched to channel "B" moved the remote antenna to TV2 via 2 splitters (no attenuator) Changed batteries on remote 2 I get the remote to effect the desired command about 70% of the time - which is higher ...

hey guys, question for you. all of a sudden my UHF remote for TV2 stopped working. i can still use the remote as IR, but the UHF isn't working. funny thing is, when i change the address on remote 2 (UHF), it changed the remote address for TV1. the IR remote (TV1) works fine, and when I reprogram that remote it also changes the address for TV1. why would the UHF remote change the ...

Ultra High Fidelity (UHF) magazine current issue #87 tells how to convert SACD to computer hard drive & compares the sound. It is a very interesting article for a non computer person like me. May use this to back up some of my hard to replace SACDs. Won't sound as good but better than cd! Love the UHF mag. They always do things a little differently. thanks barondla

All, Hello. I am new to the forum. I have been having problem with the high band VHF channels since the digital switch (channels 8, 11, 13). I have an antenna in the attic and it is one of the old school "deep fringe" antennas - starts with about 6 dipoles starting with a 5' span, working down to a 3' span - then a bunch of UHF dipoles at the end. The channels that were ...
