I tried looking it up and couldnt find anything about the legal age of marriage under the Uniform Code Of Military Justice.... I am 16 and my fiance is 22 (yes i know im young.. deal with it) we want to know if he will get in trouble after we get married. the legal age of marriage in our state is 16 with parental consent which we have.

Its good that you're consulting an attorney. You should refer to your UCMJ/court documents and DD214 to ascertain the exact status you exited the service with. That said, from what I've read above of what is related to the facts you've shared, it sounds like you are ineligible because of your criminal history. Usually it's just a reprimand. However, the Marines do issue NJP (UCMJ Article 15) for many infractions. Not quite a Courts Martial (or Captian's Mast), but still a pretty strong punishment.
