My C drive folder showed tasks relatred to system folders in the left-hand panel (tasks such as hide system folders) I personalised folder type and view options of my folder, which is in the E Drive. I am trying to determine the file system type of a (possibly unmounted) disk drive on SUSE 11. All of these regulations were enforced; if you look in the appendix to the Greenpeace study, you'll see that they even cite Chinese local government documents like List of Second Group of Illegal Companies Punished by Shanghai Environmental Protection System in 2008.
