THIEVES, with a fondness for Twisties cheese snacks, stole a Super 14 rugby union club's distinctive coach and took it on a 400km joyride before dumping it . More...

Every year there is a "ride of the 1000 twisties". Hundreds of bikers are always present to drive the route so smooth driving is not really possible. Also every year there are many acidents. The ride is aviable on gps so we do the ride somewhere else in the year because at the day of the event it is to busy and the funlevel is not so good at that time. "The 1000twisties ride" is diferent every ...

Just did it today and had a blast. Great twisties on both sides of Scottsdale. Enough room and vision that you can mostly see what's coming and really hook into it in safety. Enough places to pass safely that you can get round the dawdlers. I had a dream run today, the only three or four cars I came up on saw me coming fast and let me past at the first opportunity. Tas BMWCC ...

I'm short, so I want my bike as low as possible.......However, I also ride the mountain twisties such as the "Dragon" a lot. So I want to minimize dragging bottom while in the sharp turns.... So how does this combination sound? .....11" rear progressive 412 shocks, lowers bike an inch or more and brings fender closer to tire....which looks better. .....170/80-15 Rear tires, raises the ...

Its time for Marvin to find another home. This is a black 2002 model ZZR1200. It will be equally at home scratching through the twisties or eating up the miles on a weekend or a week away. Like a comfier version of the ZX12R its got power to burn. Mechanically A1, always garaged and regularly washed. 59,000ish km. Michelin Pilot Road 2 tyres still with good life left in them. ...

Managed to drag my lazy arse out of bed so I went for a drive early this morning. Beautiful twisties that area dead end, leading to a beach. Aside from the occasional cyclist it was a reasonably nice drive down. Saw a KTM XBOW, FD2R, Murcielago, LP640-4, Exige, R35 GTR, C63, Continental GTC, CBR400, CBR600RR, CBR1000RR, Yamaha R1, MV Augusta, a Ducati... the list goes on. The car ...

Hello guys, So this past sunday I went down at Bear mountain. First time in the twisties. Im 19 and have been riding for about 3 months but been riding almost every single day and almost all day whenever I could lol. Been doing good in the twisties all day, taking my time, knowing my limits, keeping at my own pace. Well here we go . We were going down some backroad with some sick turns, the...

A group of five guys (2 Harleys, 1 Victory, IBMW & 1 Kawasaki) did these roads two weeks ago and we all loved them. Even the Hogs enjoyed the twisties on 33 and 58 was a (mostly) flat out let'm roll shot. These are two of the best roads in California and an incredible variety of scenery.

Now that I've got about 6k miles on my 335i, I thought I'd start playing with it a little harder. Been doing the all out speed thing since 1100 miles, but I wanted to see how it handles twisties without traction control on and with the limited DTC setting. It took just a few seconds to get an idea what my sled had for me with DTC turned completely off, so I've been focusing more on the single...

At the moment temperatures are not bad for the time of year. Still having 10-13° but we've got a hel of a lot rain the last week and it's still raining at the moment. But like i always say, the bike doesn't matter if it is raining ore not.....neither do i.

I had an 06 14, loved her. Quick at the drag strip and rocked in the twisties. I could out run the guys at my skill level on smaller more nimble bikes, yes it does turn a little wide, if you aren't used to the bike but once you get to know it, oh man, watch out! Powers out of the corner like no other, with Pilot Power 2CT, no push. Didn't get a chance to try the Metz I put on (due to the wreck),...
