Walt, I have chartered from both Barefoot and TMM. Had good and bad experiences with each of them. Both "second tier" companies, located next to each other. PM me for more info. The sailing is GREAT! I have a trip report somewhere back in this thread. More open water than BVI and you will not find every harbor set up to handle tourists - and that is a good thing. Tobago Cay not to be ...

We rented from Barefoot back in 2006. They seemed to be a pretty good 3rd tier company, associated with BVI Yacht Charters in the BVI's, so we got a 10% repeat customer discount. Their base was extremely busy while we were there, and we had to wait and wait for the chart briefing, and our boat wasn't quite ready when they said it would be. I would try BVI Yacht Charters. They are TTOL sponsors and I have used them for my last 3 trips. They are a smaller, service based company and Have great equipment and very good staff...

Barnett was only manipulated in to place as a chair warmer for the Bra Twanger and heaven help us when that moron gets the top job I was utterly disgusted when they gave him Treasurer. It might just be me but the calibre of Politicians over the last 30 years at all levels has dropped markedly.
