I own a '98 Z3 2.8L. My right turn signal sometimes works properly, but more often than not it does nothing when I flip the switch. However, the emergency flasher switch always works. The left turn signal works fine. I assume this is not a bulb/socket problem, but more likely a turn signal switch problem. Yes? The dealer wants $150+ for a new switch. Oy...

My passenger side mirror suffered a trauma yesterday that knocked off the cover and loosened the enclosed turn signal light. I thoughtlessly replaced the light and fitted the cover back in place without first checking that the signal was working - it's not. Hi! For some reason when I have the left blinker engaged all the way and I press the brakes the light on the dash and the actual left blinker both go solid. As soon as I let go of the brake it goes back to flashing just like normal. Also, it blinks like normal if I engage the blinker but don't fully engage it. The right side seems to be working jsut fine with not problems by the way....

Hello, Can anyone suggest where the typical "bad connection" for the trafficator indicator might be on a series3 spider? I have had the pod out and the bulb is good and 12 volts too the appropriate part of the pcb lights up the indicator. all the exterior indicators operate as normal. Thanks

Hi, Does anyone know what is involved with replacing the orange turn signal lenses built into the front bumpers? My wife has a 2006 R350 and the passenger side lens is cracked. Is it simply popping it out and snapping in the new one or it it more involved, like having to go through the fender? Thanks, Ken

I finally went and bought chrome spray paint for a few bucks (the kind AZN recommended) and spray painted my front amber turn signal bulbs chrome in order to obtain the cleaner clear corner look. It looks great when turned off but when turned on i couldnt help but notice the light output was noticeably less than stock bulbs when blinking... I even put the stock bulb ...

Has anyone a good usable turn signal switch that they'd care to sell/trade? Or.....would anyone know of a supplier who might have a 'new-old-stock' one? The switch in our '69 88 developed an internal short, apparently one of the switch parts has broken or deformed and now goes to ground. The actual switch is a little 'black box' rivetted-together assembly, so its probably not repairable....

If the turn signal just up and fails (no clicking, no signal) but the headlights and parking lights continue to work, is there any chance the I just need a fuse for the hazard / flash system or do you think the turn signal relay has gone kaput ? Obviously hoping that it could be a fuse but fearing that it is the relay.

I am looking for stock left turn front signal for 2005 Suzuki SV650S (03+ model). I had my first drop in the parking lot and cracked it.
