Is it OK to take Turmeric on a daily basis? I'm currently now taking 1/2 tsp 3x / day with meals. What dose can I go up to safely and still take it daily? With meals is best for Turmeric, right? MH I love this post and really appreciate how you get down to "brass tacks". It looks like the doctors are trying to put herbs and spices on the same level as their drugs and they want people to see them all as having side effects. Just another one of the sneaky tactics or mind games that they use to try and keep everyone sick and dependent on them and their drugs.
