First off, NO it is not the problem that everyone else is having that is fixed by coping over the patched folder. Did not get VIP Turbine Points "VIP points are granted within 48 hours of a successful VIP subscription payment." Unfortunately, this is not the case. I just got VIP with a GameTime Card and it's been 48+ hours with no VIP Turbine Points.
