Hi all is the Tuono affected in the same way with plastic fuel couplings as the futura and caponord are? i.e. they can break, catch fire and need to be replaced with metal couplings?

98-03 mille or 02-05 tuono titanium slip on. has about 800 miles on it. i took the baffle out but still have it. this thing grumbles LOUD and looks great. selling for a full system. asking 220 shipped.

I have a 2007 Tuono that's stock except for cans and a couple of other minor bits. I wonder about the benefits vs. the cost of getting Ed's Ohlin's internals for the front forks and an Ohlin's (or Penske) shock on the rear. Is it worth the cost? on my 04 factory I'm currently running on 180/55 of Pilot Road 2(lasted 17k km), previously on BT021(3 sets), BT014. all have been on 180s. going to try michelin power one 190/55 after this. i have tried friend's 04 rsv factory on 190/55, can't comment on handling cuz i'm not used to sportbikes and i'm no pro bike tester.
