I recently had my tires changed at the dealers, I got a set of Pirelli's now. I was polishing the chrome on my wheels today when I noticed the side walls are stamped with "tubeless" Now my question is, is there any harm in running tubes in tubeless tires?

I made a post in the wheel forum but I think I might get more feedback here. I have dt 4.2 rims and I want to convert to tubeless. I know tubeless tires are more heavy and probably more rip resistant but do they work well with standard rims? Do they perform much better a standard tire? My motoraptor race tires (2.24) seem very shaky in the turns. I rolled the rear tire off the rim the other ...

I noticed that my metzler880 whitewalls say tubeless but I have them mounted on an '03 volusia that has spoke wheels and tubes. Does this present any problems???

This is the subject I'm wondering about today. I'm looking at a Suzuki C50 and so far like everything about it. I read on the OEM site that it takes tube tires and don't know what to think about that. Compare the virtues and vices of both. Dependability, price, durability and getting a flat. Anyone know about going from tube to tubeless on a spoke wheel? Thanks

I'm on the search for new set of tires for muddy trails and I'm down to Shwalbe Nobby Nics and Conti Mountain Kings. But I want to have light tires for my new set and I've read somewhere that non-UST Nobby Nics have very thin sidewalls, hence, not good to use as tubeless tires. Now, if the non-UST Mountain Kings will be safe to use as tubeless tires, I might go for this since it'll be ...

I've been running tubeless tires with tubes for year. No problems. Just keep your tires properly inflated, of course.

So Ive been on a few rides now and an epic 6 hour one yesterday and Tubeless rocks. the grip is stunning and the tires just feel completely different is a good way I'm very impressed the best thing since full suspension that works. I would 110% recommend it Stans Notubes kits cost about £50 which seems alot compared to a tube at £3 but no more punchers lighter weight and the kits have...
