Can you get maximum triceps growth by just doing presses and chin-ups? Also do I need to do calf raises or will my calves grow just through squats and deads?

When I'm benching, it seems like my forearms tire out too quickly. Sometimes, before my chest is tired, my forearms are like dead. Sometimes my triceps also give out too quickly. I don't know if it's a form issue or what...but any help would be appreciated!

So I'm following Burns's 5-day split setup. Anyways, last week I didn't do my shoulder day (had to skip a day and so I skipped shoulders, since I have to keep each day of the week scheduled). I was just wondering when you train your triceps say dip, push downs, french curls, tate press, lifts like those would it be better to 5 x 5 or 5 x 10-20 to build up good strength in the triceps?

okay so basically im doing the following for my tricep workout to get mass:- 1) Tricep dips 3 sets 2) Skullcrushers 3 sets 3) bench press 3 sets (used as a compound for my chest and tricep day) 4) close grip bench press 3 sets 5) tricep push downs 3 sets Is this too many sets for my tricep's, If so if I should drop one exercise from the following which should it be?

It seems like anytime I do any pressing exercises (Bench, Incline, Decline) during my chest workouts that I feel it more in my shoulders and triceps than I do in my chest. Does anyone have any insight on what I can do to help with this?

Hey guys, I really upped my WSBB reading to gain a better grasp of the programing. One thing I see is that rep ranges in the assistance exercises vary depending on who has written the article. Some people feel it is better to do heavy triceps (3-8 reps) on DE day, others think it is better to do them on ME day. I understand that there are no strict rules. But I would like to know what has worked ...
