Quick question, I'm having to stop lying skull crushers/tricep extensions and cgbp temporarily cos of really bad tendonitis. So to replace them I've found standing dbar tricep extensions seem less stressfull on the joints for some reason, Anybody do these standing dbar tricep extensions? Obv I do loadsa other tricep excercises but it's jus the ones I mentioned causing the prob

So when you do tricep close-grip bench press, how far do you space your hands? I've seen where they touch and I've seen as far out as where your pinky finger is lined up with your outside rib cage... Just curious on peoples input.

Hiya everyone, can anyone suggest what tricep exercises focus more predominantly on the outer head (farthest away from my torso)? I Find that most of the exercises I do seem to make the inner part grow more than the outer and I want to even my development out a bit. Thanks in advance. Paul.

Recently I've begun to suffer from a lot of soreness in my right elbow when I do over head tricep exts. Whether it is with a curl bar or DB I feel the same pain. I know that a lot of body builders wear pads on their elbows to reduce this. Where can I get a good one for a descent price? I'm not even sure where to begin searching for this item?

Hey. My triceps appear to have stopped gaining mass. Infact, they don't really have any mass to them at all. I dislocated and fractured my elbow about 10 weeks back, everything seems to be healing alright but I haven't been doing my exercises to get full extension back. Hello! does anyone knows how important the tricep is for badminton? I just realised recently that if my tricep is aching then my swing speed becomes slower and my control is gone..that applies especially for my backhand clear. Anyone agrees with me?
