Lately, when transfering data to and from devices such as cameras, phones and flash drives, the transer window freezes for a long time and doesn't transfer much of anything. its really annoying because I have to hard shut down my lappy top (hold the power button) to get anything done. Regardless of whether Slade is still in charge, if we are in the same position come January surely Bloom will get the cheque book out. With Falmer round the corner an investment of say £500k is small fry? Anyone agree?

im not getting excited about january cos i have got the distinct impression from what poyet said, and one of the alleged reasons coppell didnt fancy it, is this years money was spent in the summer by slade and poyets left with the crumbs. Not complaining, cos bloom isnt a bottomless pit unlike some seem to think on here. But it doesnt auger well for our defence this season, best we can hope...

Shane: I think that was it. I am editing in my hotel suite and there are a few hundred business types all on the hotel ethernet. I disconnected the ethernet and the L&T populated almost immediately. AND, just to test, I hooked the ethernet back in. The L&T window filled, albeit two seconds slower, but everyone is at dinner so I'll check again when they are back online. ...
