The store I go to has their own trail mix packaged so of course no calorie or serving suggestions provided. (I know a serving is usually 1/4 cup.) Any idea how many calories would be in 1/4 cup of a trail mix that contained cocktail peanuts, regular raisins and m&m candies? I'm in a trail mixin kind of mood! Heh. :P Thanks guys. :) 3 Replies ( last )

Have you heard of or tried this trail mix? My neighbor bought some and I love it: Ingredients are: Dry roasted almonds, cashews, pistachios, pumpkin seeds, organic evaporated cane juice, blueberry, pomegranate, sea salt, natural flavors. Would so love to recreate these, as they are costly; any ideas or thoughts? Totally addicting~

I was having the same craving yesterday and ended up eating a serving of Kashi Sunshine cereal dry out of a cup for 1pt. I would think a Kashi cereal of your choice with some unsweetened coconut and some dried cranberries mixed together with almond slivers could make a really good, low point sweet snack mix.
