Well..... there is no denying that Kaizen has taken a back seat to aggressive market growth during the past 10-years.... BUT not ever so much that should relegate Toyota to the harshest of criticism..... it's just that Toyota quality isn't what we expect from past performance.... The issue with this dope's assessment and "review" is his obvious bias' and obvious lack of even driving a Venza...
