Ok, so I know DVC is right for my family because we're Disney nuts. Now that that's out of the way, has anyone ever completed any kind of TCO for all of the resorts? Initial Purchase price + Maintenance Fees (+3% year over year) over 50 years? I'll get into it if nobody else has, I figured I'd ask here first rather than reinvent the wheel. Thanks in advance!
