Is anyone willing to share, privately if you'd like, how much the total cost was for domestic adoption? I know it varies on a lot of things but I'm trying to get a rough average of the cost. Thanks

Resource (B) is at the same pay rate, same assignment level 100% but has a max units % ...

Hi...There's a standard expected revenue field already showing the weighted average based on another standard 'amount' field, but I need that to reflect on another custom field we call, 'total cost'. I know I can create a new custom exp. revenue field, but what is the formula to do this?

Agency fees (if required) 8. Facilitator fees (if used) 9. Homestudy cost (varies by location) 10. Length of Match Honestly, the cost can be as little as a few thousand dollars to as much as $50+ ...

Thank you. Why it can not do index ORing when table has multiple indexes? If I drop index tam2 defined on table danny, then db2 will not use union and total cost and query execution time will decrease significantly (about 3 times better when index is dropped)?
