2005 Collazzi Toscana IGT - Italy, Tuscany, Toscana IGT (11/28/2009) in the decanter ... tbc ... 60 minutes later, nose is still muted ... lots of fruit on the palate ... quite a bit of acidity still dominates ... tbc ... at 90 minutes, the aromatics are starting to make me smile ... sour cherry is still the flavor of the day ... and on a whole, this wine is really starting to balance out...
