Yesterday, I made LC tortilla chips . I used to make these, but bake them. This time, I Cut them into triangles, and fried them in oil. OMG we then used them to dip in a cheese ball made from
cream cheese and jalopenas. Be sure to salt them when they come out of the oil. These are the tastiest chips I have ever made. Gonna dunk them in Salsa too. Oh by the way, I used the Mission brand.
