I'm thinking of getting a new bike/frame and am thinking this might be the one. I do a fair amount of racing but am currently on a hardtail. So, what's this bike like? Does it bob? It is light/responsive/reliable/fun? Or should I avoid it at all costs??!! Happy New Year to all

New, never built. RP2 shock, also new. http://www.trekbikes.com/us/en/bikes/mountain_full _suspension/top_fuel/topfuel8/ Long story as to how I got this...I've been eager to build it up for a while, but the top tube is a bit long for me. Noticed a fuel smell on X-mas trip when stopped. (Jetta ALH 2001 with 80k) When I took off engine cover saw fuel seeping out of top of compression nut on fuel line on #4 injector.(Very slight spray in fact toward the cylinder head.) I separated the line from the injector; it seemed tight but it loosened with a wack with the heal of my hand on the wrench. Nothing seemed obviously wrong, both the ...
