test server down for matience im posting it here cause im not a test toon so i dont have access but anyway's i keep tabs on the test server and they have been down for matience for a whole after school day i think there adding new toon houses!!!

Logged in and its asking me to create a character!! what..I just spent 2 days building up to lvl 20. Could the follow have caused this: Installed LOTRO on another computer to start playing from it because it has better graphics. Never played because it had me start from the beginning also. Exited out and went back to my original computer to play. ugg...this sucks
