An hour ago the home tool bar stoped being displayed. I can restore it but every time i hit a key the tool bar disapers. How do I keep the tool bar on top while I am typing.

Guys, This computer is about a month old now. I installed Webroot and had a lot of problems. Uninstalled it and this fixed everytthing. Now I installed AVG and at start up all icons and toolbar missing have to shut it down and restart system and it works. Also it does not do this all the time just randomly, Please dont tell me its AVG. 1 person needs an answer I do too

I know get a list and I can only upload 1 pic at a time and it takes forever and the pictures are too big not like the old way where I could just click on my pics hit upload and I could load 10 or whatever very quickly now it take forever. thanks 1 person needs an answer I do too

My google tool bar got shifted to the right screen, and when trying to get it back to the middle screen, i deleted it. Can someone tell me how to get it back.

[RESOLVED] Tool Tips Shown in Status Bar Instead of the tool tips popping up next to the cursor, it would be more convenient for me to have them appear in a label on the status bar. Is this possible? I've tried to myself, but had no luck. I also had no luck googling it. I mean, I could go about it in a shameful "ghetto rig" way...

The Start button & application tool bar for Outlook Express and other applications is normally located at the base on my screen. I've somehow accidentally moved it to the right hand side. How do I get back to the bottom of the screen. Trying to drag and drop it only results in it widening across the screen.
