Hi everyone, I have a couple of issues relating to TimeSpan and the Time Data Type (SQL Server), which are driving me nuts. I had a look through the really useful post by Scott, but it doesn't really cover the binding issue: http://www.4guysfromrolla.com/articles/101508-1.as px Basically I am using the Time DataType in SQL Server 2008 to hold time worked by employees. To me ...

3 PRs in a 8 day timespan... When you said
3 PRs in one week? Not a chance IMO.
, you were right. They saved the one for Friday to today and it looks like many traders liked the news, judging by the volume. I hear that there are 2-3 more PR's ready to go. Might be a good week! GLTA.

Hi, I try to sum up the time for some states in for every hour and give the percental usage of the different states. For example: Time1: 13.05 - 13.45 - the complete time is in the timespan 13-14 Time2: 12.40 - 14.05 - some time is in the timespan 12-13 and some is in the timespan 13-14 Time3: 13.10 - 14.20 - some time is in the timespan 13-14 and some is in the timespan 14-...

I have a fragment of code which is used for my 'email scheduling' private void RegisterCacheEntry() { if (null != HttpContext.Current.Cache[DummyCacheItemKey]) return; HttpContext.Current.Cache.Add(DummyCacheItemKey, "Test", null, DateTime.MaxValue, TimeSpan.FromMinutes(5), CacheItemPriority.NotRemovable, new ...

I have a timespan given in minutes (eg. 72030) that I need to show as hours and minutes (1200:30). I've already done this using custom code but I need a solution that also works when exporting to excel, meaning the values have to be recognised as timespans so they can be used for further calculations.

A lot of people are pissed that they mention the timespan of the show as three years, claiming that its actually one year. Anyone who thinks its one year seriously need their head tested. So Claire went through two years of high school and entered college in one year? Nathan campaigned to be senator, then got it, lost it, lay low and was reelected within one year? Could people pleaassseee ...

My client proxy is generated using a configuration file. For most operations in my WCF service the default sendTimeout of 1 minute is sufficient. However, I need to increase this for one particular operation. I try to change this programmatically as follows: _dstServiceProxy.ChannelFactory.Endpoint.Binding.S endTimeout = TimeSpan.FromMinutes(10); but it has no effect - I get a ...

I have done similar process like the MediaMerge program by adding the cut like the following. MediaItem mediaItem = new MediaItem (myMediaFilename); int totalSeconds = mediaItem.FileDuration.Seconds; TimeSpan spanStart = mediaItem.Sources[0].Clips[0].StartTime = spanStart; TimeSpan .FromSeconds(CutStartTime); TimeSpan...

Impressive, Dawgs. I guess I was a little off. Since the 1997-1998 season, the Dawgs are an impressive 13-9 against the WCC.. Under Mark Few, In that same timespan, Gonzaga has only lost 15 WCC games.. We've won 125. What does that say about UW?
Is there a specific reason why you are using TimeSpan rather than datetime? http://articles.techrepublic.com.com...1-5760752.h tml http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/libr...n_members.a spx http://dotnetguts.blogspot.com/2007/...mespan-in.h tml

QUOTE (Tanner9919 @ Dec 20 2009, 11:02 AM) QUOTE (FreeBaGeL @ Dec 19 2009, 02:43 AM) It's true that Peyton laid up some stinkers in the playoffs early on in his career, but to say the playoff losses the last handful of years are on him is ridiculous. His QB rating in Indy's playoff LOSSES in that timespan is higher than Big Ben's QB rating in Pitt's playoff WINS during his...
