Do you have a timeframe on your $1 target to get back your shares sold at 1.42? I dont really like how this is looking anymore. Will probably consolidate and get in again at $1.

I have come across a number of cases where the homeowners who have missed the monthly mortgage payments, judged the timeline for foreclosure of their house either too soon or too late. Both situations can have detrimental consequences. However, every state has different regulations and the timeframe for foreclosure differs accordingly. Let me guide you through the progression of missed payment ...

http://www.law.uc.edu/CCL/34ActRls/rule12b-25.html IMO the timeframe is indeed 5 calendar days, so they are now also late with regards to the filing of the NT 10Q. Don't know about the consequenses of that... I hope you're correct that they will file on monday. We need exposure in the stockmarket, without volume we don't go anywhere from here!

There is no way to put a timeframe on it. If they came out with some real news it could run up. If they continue with the same old stuff. A few weeks? With no reporting its very hard to see the good things they are doing.

I am happy to forfeit the compensation, but obviously would like my refund or replacement, which I should be able to have without signing a health waiver form....

Did some basic math... Lets assume the shards will not drop unless you're on the quest to achieve them. Lets also assume the gated system goes into play as it is currently described. In order to get to the quest to aquire the shards; you have to kill Putricide, Blood Queen, and Sindragosa. Based on the gated system; that means: Putricide won't be open. (3-4 weeks) Blood Queen ...
