Hi, Does anyone know if there is a time limit on credit card charge backs? ie You only have 100 days after the transaction date to instigate one for instance? Is there a statutory limit or is is set by the individual card issuers? Thanks.

I haven't bothered to stand around and find out, but on the bridge finale you're warned that the chopper will leave in ten minutes. My gut reaction was to take it literally, but it occurred to me later that there was no visible timer. So my question is, is there a literal ten minute time limit, or is it just a matter of crossing the bridge regardless of how long it takes?

I just need to vent!!! I HATE HATE that stupid 15 minute phone call time limit.. with each phone call it seems shorter and shorter. I just got off the phone with my sweetie and when that stupid phone lady told us we had 60 seconds left we both were like "wtf"!! Is there away to place a limit on the length of time agent can be in manual ACW? I am not trying to force a logout just put them back in the queue. All testing I have done with the following settings, Timed ACW Interval, maximum time and forced time out for ACW will log the agent out.
