Is there a sensor on the Q50 ? when the unit goes into sleep mode (turns black on the screen) shaking it does not turn it on. I have to press a button. Is this normal? or is there a shake/tilt sensor which needs to be enabled? Thanks.

This one is directed toward the more technically inclined... Before anyone jumps all over me, the warranty in question is null and void - I've modified the controller by adding an aftermarket strum bar circuit (no big deal) as well as some external cosmetic changes. Recently, my Gretsch started "misbehaving" - it would activate overdrive as soon as it had enough overdrive in the meter (...

Has anyone added the 507M tilt sensor to the factory alarm? I was thinking of hooking it into the hood switch. This is my issue, the 507M has three wires: 12V constant, ground-when-armed, and signal. The factory hood switch only has two wires: signal/power?, and ground. So how does the factory hood switch function and trigger the alarm?

I am trying yo use a wiimote to move the mouse cursor and navigate withing an ogre space. I can get fairly decent values with the IR bar for moving the cursor, but I wanted to be able to rotate and roll the camera using the internal sensors of the wiimote when the trigger is pulled, it works, however the values are NOISY, for example the pitch sensor gives values from -1 to 1, and I wanted to ...

Hi, I have a 2002 ML320, recently the alarm goes off on its own and now i know its because of the tow/tilt sensor. So everytime i park the truck i have to press the switch to turn the sensor off and prevent the alarm from going off! It´s getting annoying because sometimes i forget to do it and i have to go back into the truck and press the switch. Is there anyway to remove or disable ...
