I know John K. threads tend to get a little hot around here, but one of his latests posts on puppets and how the Muppets "ruined" puppets. This could be him being an iconoclast for the sake of it, as well as a case of "Blame the original for the imiators" or he could have a valid point. Here we go... my idea for a whole Muppet themed area of DHS. You may think it's a bit large in the end, but part of it is that only few ideas would actually end up in the park. I would think if they went to see Captain EO (or however that was spelled). That would definitely date it for sure. But with the John Denver special released through columbia/tristar, I wouldn't doubt the possibility of other specials eventually making their way to DVD. Hey, if they can get the Muppets on TV in this climate of twittering tweenage pandering, moronic game shows that insult their contestants, and CSI having too many spinoffs and ripoffs (mostly on its own channel... seriously... do we even NEED Navy NCIS?) they can do anything. I'm still pretty skeptic. Unless Syndicated TV takes a total 180, and becomes the great source of original programming ...
