I actually enjoyed it. It kept me interested although the story was flawed. But it had some brutal scenes and creepiness. 7/10.

That title sounds like it's riffing on the Italian name for City of the Living Dead - Paura nella città dei morti viventi or "Fear in the City of the Living Dead". This film has took me 4 nights to get through it and now I wish that I had not purchased it at all. Granted it was not the uncut version but I do not think that would have made a difference.
