Great, we sacrifice young lives to give them independence, ruin our economy to build their government an 80 billion dollar surplus and they build ferris wheels and golf courses. Sounds like Bush has succeeded!

Now I don't have any experience running a country, but shouldn't you put your money towards getting your people to stop killing each other before you go and construct giant carnival rides to attract tourists?
