http://www.usatoday.com/sports/nfl/cards/2001-12-1 5-gramatica.htm After being examined on the sidelines, Gramatica went to the locker room, had his knee taped, and then he returned. However, starting safety Pat Tillman handled the rest of the kickoffs. "It's been a while, probably high school," Tillman said of his kickoffs. "I do the onside kick and fool around with field goals. I ...

So my wife spilled a lot of hot cocoa on my MacBook last week and it gave me an excellent excuse to upgrade. Luckily I backed it up using time machine in October. So i found a unibody MacBook with a 250gb HD for a great deal on craigslist and snagged it up. I already loaded snow leopord onto it, but hereare my questions: 1.) how do I erase everything from the first owner to get it like a ...

Snow Leopard and Time Machine issues I just installed Snow Leopard. After installation I used Migration Assistant to restore my backup user account from Time Machine. I then entered Time Machine from my SL user account and found that I could not access any ...

I just bought a new iMac. I have the backups going to my external, but the latest backup still says over a week ago and I have a new folder for my new computer and it says In progress with a date of Nov. 26. I select back up now, and it looks like it's backing up, but it's not.

I have Windows XP on a Boot Camp partition and am wondering whether I need to pause Time Machine when rebooting to work on Windows or is it safe to leave TM running in those circumstances?

I'm looking for an NAS RAID. I currently have a Drobo, but have had some issues with it. I'm looking for a RAID primarily for data redundancy (mirrored), not so much for video editing (striped). Does anyone out there have any recommendations or experience with a good NAS RAID? (I guess another question is whether it is better to connect a RAID to a network via ethernet or simply to attach it...

Ideal setup for Time Machine & Movies on one Drobo? I just bought a 4 bay Drobo to be used for Time Machine and "shared" movies server. I plan to attach the Drobo to Airport Extreme via USB so I can run TM & movies for all 4 Macs on the Network. Setup: - (1) 2TB HD, (2) 1TB HD, one free bay connected to Airport Extreme via ...

Hi, I'm using 10.6.2 and I never use Time Machine amd so I have it turned off. Even so, every time I connect an external hardrive that the system considers "big" enough, I get prompeted as to if I want or not to use that HD as the Time Machine HD (even if it is the 1000th time I connect that specific drive to my computer and said "NO" the previous 999 times). Any way to just turn off this for ...

Had a disk failure on my imac 24", got the service dept to replace it and used the opportunity to upgrade to Snow Leopard. I am now running Snow leopard but need to access my TM leopard backups, not everything though. How do I mount my old backup drive with existing backups in SL, kind worried when setting up time machine again that it will wipe my existing TM drive and start from ...

Hi folks, I just purchased an Airport Extreme. I have a WD 2 TB HDD (mirrored to 1 TB) and after a bit of frustration and a lot of forum reading I finally got Time Machine to backup through the AEBS. First I gave my disk a one-word name and I backed up directly over USB, then hooked it back up to the AEBS and it worked that way (I did do the terminal hack to make it visible, but I don't ...

Hey Everyone. We just updated our server from 10.4 to 10.5 and are keen on using Time Machine with our client machines. The problem I've run into is that clients on the wireless subnet can't see the Time Machine sharepoint, and therefore can't back up to it. I'm told this problem is fixed in Snow Leopard, but does anyone know how to get this working in 10.5 Leopard? Rather aggravating.

I have a Mac with a Time Machine backup. I have another Mac. I want to add some of the user accounts from the Mac with the Time Machine to the other Mac. Is there any way I can do that without having to re-install the operating system on the other Mac?
