Does anyone know how to "resize" the subtitles in an attached file? There is noting in the .srt that sets the size of the subtitles, but when I watch a file with the QT Player, the subtitles just seem... well, huge. I can't find any way to set what font or size of subtitles I get. ...

Anyone else find that the subtitles barely flashed on the screen before disappearing, meaning you missed the last part of every sentence? I'm not a slow reader, and had no problem in the cinema but the DVD is ridiculous. Really pissed me off! And if you look at the extended scenes on the DVD they have the subtitles on as they should be - and in white text at the bottom of the screen, not in ...

did anyone else notice the poor subtitles on the bluray of this movie? When the actors would say "merci" the subtitles would sometimes say "merci" and sometimes "thank you". The same goes for Oui (Oui and Yes). This happens with a bunch of other words as well. was it supposed to be like this? i can't imagine it would. I do not know if it was like this in the theatre but i imagine it's probably...

Mac MKV Converter, converting MKV files to AVI, Divx with subtitles (Snow Leopard) Hi, I have been surfing around the interbutts for at least a week now trying to find a solution to this. I want to convert MKV files into a format my DVD player actually can play, say, avi or divx. Having a Mac is actually a handicap here, since there doesn't seem to be that many programs being able to do ...

It won't break or make the game for me (I already love it ) but it'd be nice for some subtitles as I'm a bit hard of hearing. Is there any way to enable them?

Looking inside the VIDEO-TS folder for the subtitles file, where is it? This disc plays in anamorphic widescreen with the subtitles on the lower black, I can't get it to display this way in MPEG Streamclip, QT, or DVDSP. Cheers Alexander

I'm working on a final cut of a project which has had too many hands in it up til now, so the subtitles (it's in several languages) are all different, some in outline text, some in reg text with drop shadow, some yellow, some white, different fonts, etc. Is there an easy way to make them all the same without re-doing each one? Thanks Thanks, Martha
