Does anyone know the fix for the Sims games? I have a Storm 9530 which only shows a 1/2 screen. Storm 2 shows a full screen and someone at the Verizon store told me that OS 5 will fix the problem. I have downloaded OS 5, but of course no change has occurred.

I haven't been able to game for awhile, and now that I've got the time for it; it turns out EA removed my Sims 3 account and my BattleForge accounts. Not only did they do that, but when I managed to get back on my BattleForge account - all 25 bucks worth of DLC I bought was deleted. I only had the standard starting cards.
