Yes, it's because of CoD boo hoo. In any case I've read the wiki articles but I still can't place whats so different. Can anyone else explain what the real difference is between the two? Something about the dot not moving when you look at it at an angle or something?

This is a burris xts red dot with a 4-5 moa dot. It's in excellent condition without any scratches, etc. Comes with a burris "high" mount which gives an ideal lower 1/3 cowitness of irons on an AR. Looking in my lyman cast bullit handbook (1973}they show 356242 rn with #2 alloy 121GR. as: Red Dot min. 3.8-4.5 max The new book says I just got says same bullet but Red Dot min. 3.0 min-3.9 And the 45acp is the same old and new books 4.0-5.3 edited i had it as 365242 instead of 356242 sorry It also shows as 90Gr with lino type and can be used with 38spl does the lead content ...

Last I checked the Texas Weapons Systems rail only allowed cowitness with the Bushnell Micro T1 knockoff, because the integrated mount allowed it to sit basically at the same height as the rail itself. Wouldn't cowitness with an aimpoint or anything else. Would probably be ideal for our Russian friend and his inexpensive optics need, though. Plus gets him a peep sight with a ...

I need some help from you who have experience with red dot sights. I would like to install one on a 22 cal. pistol for target shooting and some hunting out to about 25 yds. I don't know what dot size to get. They seem to be offered with a 8 or 4 min. dot. I assume that at 25 yards the 4 min dot woujld appear to be 16 inches in diameter or 4 times that at 100 yards.
