We moved from the prized old historic Park Slope brownstone that we owned for 20 years and renovated etc. Knew from the get go we'd want something new eventually and sure enough we moved into a 7,000 sq ft brand new light filled house in Westchester and never looked back! Enough of the old paneled coffins.

just starting this game and not familiar with new rules. in the past with different D&D rules at most you could have a multiclass palyer like, mage/theif, as long as the classes did not clash. like it would be tough to have a fighter/mage. (i dont mean a battle mage) browsing through some forums i see charater "builds" and these look pretty complicated. i may have miss understood, but ...

The first thing I always do is jump to CAW mode... and... They have the same friggin crap options they have had for years. Can't they friggin overhaul this? I will not buy another SvR game til they put some work into the game.

Do older TRS's, say in the 300 serial number range have any advantages or disadvantages to one that's fresh out of the factory (assuming both are new)? In other words, some older generation pistols have have quirks/defects that were remedied in newer generations, or some older ones use better quality parts than newer ones.

The original TRSs had real Novak Sights and Colt style, teardrop thumb safeties. The sights changed to Baer's Champion sight sometime shortly after ser#110 and the thumb safeties changed shortly after that. ...and apparently seemed to hold up better too. I have an '04 that I ran for 3.5 years w/o any trouble. I beat the hell out of it and had no problems whatesoever, Plus I was a big ass mofo then too. I still have the frame and cannot part with it, even though now I run a Nomad.
