Many of us "old timers" i guess got tired of participation on a daily basis. As optionsdealer pointed out in his irrational post to me earlier this is a long term play. I agree. Many bought at lower levels like us and are willing to ignor the board (smart) and wait the 5 years or so to see Scott take this all the way to production. Just mho.

any of you old-timers remember GPXM? Whit did a lot of work for these guys many moons ago. He had a ton of shares rec'd as payment. I don't know where things stand now with his working relationship with them but after reading this PR it looks like they could use his services. http://finance.yahoo.com/news/Golden-Phoenix-Miner als-prnews-3914473696.html?x=0&.v=1 Actually, a lot of miners in his own...

I'm doing NaNoWriMo this month and my book takes place in 1975. I like to drop bobbles and bits of (day-to-day, not-necessarily-so-pop) culture in from time to time...what do you remember from back then? So far I've only got a few, though it's early yet: - anticipating the Bicentennial coins (they started coming out in July '75) - seat belts being mandatory, their usage not - the ...

Well I hope all the RTE shareholders hung onto their shares. There was little to lose at 0.10-0.12. The recapitalized company will trade with a high premium. The TOG team is premier though not as strong (IMO) as the PBG and Mission teams. The question is what kind of play are they aiming to develop? Cardium oil or back to the Bakken? Or something else? It's almost certainly a light oil play....

I am looking over some US History materials and came across the Era of Good Feeling , the time right after the War of 1812. The term is new to me, I am wondering if I was day dreaming back then, or is this a new milestone being taught.

This is from way back when but do any of you remember the mom that was married to the paranoid husband? The last I remembered the guy had a chest (as in-trunk)that she was not allowed anywhere near. He would not pay bills online and he gave money to his mom and sister, I believe, saying that they were THAT important to him. This has been on my mind for years....I NEED to know the end of ...

I\'m looking to older than say, 40 here (sorry if that\'s an insult to you because your labeled \'old\'. ) I\'m wanting life experience stories in the following areas, so that I may grow in wisdom, of course...basically thigns you wish you\'d known when you were young(er). 1)Love (lost love, tough love, gained love; define love, emotional love, choosing love etc...) 2)Death (how you felt, how ...

So, who are the old timers on here? Who remembers the debut of MTV? Who remembers 45s and 12 inch singles? Who remembers a time before Ticketmaster, Live Nation, and Clear Channel? Who remembers when "alternative" music was the real "alternative", and when it was called "college rock"? Who went to the first Lollapalooza? Who saw bands like NIN, Jane's Addiction, ...

( I noticed lately that a lot of newbies are here and I think we should give them all a proper WELCOME! Welcome to all of you. Now you old timers how about posting one thing that you wish you knew in the begining that you did not find out till later or something that one should really do or not do? I think this would be of great support to the new people on the board. I will go ...
