Someone in the Ravens forum* mentioned that Taylor Mays of USC might be a good fit as a cornerback because of his size combined with his coverage skills. A lot of Mock Drafts have the Raiders taking Taylor Mays as a safety. It occurred to me that at his size, Mays can play LB in a 4-3 defense. He's as big as Ricky Brown and Jon Alston but faster and a bigger hitter. Imagine the speed at the LB position with Taylor Mays and Thomas Howard?

I just read the injury report in the LA Times and our old buddy Morrell Pressley is out for the game. Bummer! I was hoping that Taylor Mays or Will Harris would give him the same introduction as Kevin Ellison gave MeSean at the Coliseum a few years back. Fight on, and smash the bRuins!
