WASHINGTON – The trouble is, the jobs just aren't there and many aren't coming back. That's not just a huge economic problem for President Barack Obama — but a serious political one, too, as bailed-out Wall Street roars back while the already bleak U.S. unemployment rate grows worse. The jobs forum that Obama will host at the White House on Thursday is an acknowledgment that employment is ...

When do you have to worry about heavy lifting? I have a toddler who definitely qualifies as "heavy" and I obviously don't want to do anything to risk this pregnancy!

I am keep worrying about lifting any weight. Tonight I helped a client at work lift a heavy suitcase (well I dragged it actually up a flight of stairs) I shouldn't have done it, in retrospect because I am still on a weight restriction after IVF (30 lbs now). Do you think it's okay? Anybody know about what the worry is and why I'd have a weight restriction because when I screw it up I feel so ...

This is big, remember Microsoft and IBM....IBM gave away ...

If anyone in the Littleton area or thereabouts is willing..... I need to get an MJ bed off my trailer and off to the side of the house, and a topper out of my truck onto another MJ. The bed is manageable with two people and I just wanna lift it off the trailer and stand it up on some furniture dollies to move it the rest of the way. The topper is light, just awkward for one person....

What time are you thinking? Did Led have those rims ready for you? I need to go shopping with the wife in Denver anyway. I can lift some, but not real heavy.

I went to an education class tonight, and the nurse pointed out not to lift over 25 pounds. I kinda chuckled a bit because I have a 3 year old. She said that as long as it's something I'm used to lifting, I should be ok. She said to just be careful how you lift your child. Make sure to lift with your legs, so that you don't throw out your back. We'll see how this goes for me. My back is ...

with coordinated UNCONTESTED repetition- i know what you mean by a 'sneaking attempt' but it's likely your state GOP megastations are not being sneaky about it except that the left in general is unaware of it. this is part of a coordinated effort with paid trolls and limbaugh leading the pack 24/7. most of this is based from radio stations licensed to operate in the public interest and all it ...

it depends. if your routine is showing gains then stick with it, dont worry about adding more stuff if your happy with your gains keep it the same and make sure to add 5lbs per exercise every week and deload when necessary. if you gains arnt as good as a few weeks ago then you need to change your routine. only change your routine if its not working or your just throwing away gains
