On Thursday, we are going to the Christmas Story House. All of my life I have lived within 5 miles from it and have never been there. The house from the movie is a museum now... with the Leg Lamp.. lol.. I'm so excited to be going.. I'm such a dork.. What are you excited to be doing this holiday season.. anything special planned?

I would like to write a christmas story. So far the idea has the following: Rich humble girl (either plain rich or a princess), Poor boy (or vise versa) Some where around the 1800s - 1900s I love the victorian era type of things. But my problem is trying to get a good plot and conflict.
