Is the immuno biology textbook by Janeway any good? IMMUNOBIOLOGY 7 PB (Janeway's Immunobiology) Is this kind of textbook mostly for undergraduate students only? Or, is it also for medical school students? (I am just curious about this, not that I really need to know.)

I purchased a textbook online for a class I am taking. The book reeks of cigarette smoke. The guy offered me my money back, but I will lose the $6.99 shipping fee and the shipping $$$ to send the book back. And, I need this book NOW. No time to get a refund and re-order from somewhere else. So, any suggestions on how to get the smell out of this book?
