I recently found something behind my testicle that, when I touched it or ran my finger across it, was painful. It didn't feel like a lump at all - it felt like it was either a vein back there, or an indentation or depression in the testicle, as it felt like my finger was going over a ridge of some sort. Does anyone know what this could possibly be?

About two days ago i noticed two little tiny balls kind of on the top and on the upper backside of the left testicle. Their not exactly connected to it because they move around.
