I don't particularly like tenure, but my statements are still true about if Teachers were paid more. Paying them crappy wages, like they do in California, means that you will get only a few die-hards that will stick around to teach the kids. You are going to keep getting what you paid for.

Do you ever feel bad for Steve Spurrier? He's been mediocre at best during his tenure at South Carolina. It must be horrible to leave a great program like Florida for South Carolina. The Gamecocks have some GREAT fans - but for some reason they just can't win big games.

From only 1 loss in double digits since his tenure started to this- two humiliating thrashings in one year! Oregon, I can see but Stanford? Unbelievable. How far and fast can a team fall? We will get another thrashing from Arizona. UCLA we will beat but not by much. Arizona will thrash us. I expect a similar score to today.
