So I;m doing the Tenpenny Tower Quest and I couldn't convince the residents to let the ghouls in so I am now helping Roy with his plan. As far as I know every human in the tower besides Burke is killed right....including Mr. Tenpenny? Can I still complete "Gotta Shoot Them in The Head" even though Tenpenny will be dead?

on a load of my first playthroughs i always let the ghouls into tenpenny tower the "good" way, and i know they end up killing everyone but for some reason on every playthrough i had i would never see any evidence of this, and everyone- even the ghouls, would disappear. i was wondering if this is a glitch that happens numerous times through, or whether this was meant to happen and i just waited ...

Sooo, I'm doing the Tenpenny Tower quest. The thing is, I've killed Tenpenny (For the you gotta shoot 'em in the head quest), and I want the ghoul mask. I didn't talk to him before I put the slave collar on Susan Lancaster. As soon as I walked out of the room I was in, all hell broke loose!! Fawkes started shooting up the place and ending up killing Gustavo in the process. Damn Super Mutants. If I go into Warrington Tunnels and find Roy Phillips, can I still do this mission?

I believe so. If you were planning on siding with the ghouls, you may have just facilitated a slightly easier ending for yourself. One less tough guy to knock off. You just gotta try it.

If your speech is exactly 67.866593619925, you get the option of asking the Doc to give you a medical marijuana prescription. Rivet City security will not bother you hence forth.

We'll I killed Crowley and received my reward from Tenpenny. It said that I completed the quest. I didnt end up paying attention that I didnt get the trophy. A few days later, I noticed the quest was still active so I went to tenpenny tower to see if it would complete. No luck there since I already beat it. During my first playthrough a year ago, I encountered a sort of scientist/doctor character. I could have SWORN he was at Tenpenny Tower, but I have looked on wikia, and cannot find him anywhere as a listed resident at tenpenny. I could have sworn I found him outside sitting at one of the tables, bear where chief Gustavo has his station near the entrance. Maybe I wasn't at Tenpenny Tower?...

I just completed the bomb in megaton ( decided to diffuse instead of go boom) i found tenpenny tower and killed tenpenny and his assistand debs or whatever his name is. I tried to make it to the galaxy radio station but all the stuff in the city killed me. So what should I do? I am only like level 4.
