Are these the high insulated panels that I said 2 years ago could be used on all the old stock such as tenements and Georgian terraces but you ridiculed them as inefficient yank stuff.

If i'm not mistaken that looks like the houses that were demolished in gourly st its just a patch of grass now, although i thought they were red sandstone but i was a boy when i went to my grans there so could be wrong??
