I love the tempura rolls, temptation rolls, and tempura salmon rolls at the Sushiya bar at HEB. Do any of y'all know how to make them? I'd love to be able to make them myself.

Because the kind I eat typically just have the fish and veggies. No spicy sauces, tempura flakes, etc. So how do you count the points just the sushi rice? When it's all rolled up, it's kind of hard to "eyeball." ?? TIA :)
