I agree w/ Puppeteer. I understand he did something that is against the law. But this is NOT a man that needs to be locked up, he is NOT a threat to anyone in any community. I do know (slightly) this person, but I still know he is a good person! Why not rationalize sentences more, and put REAL criminals in jail, instead repremand people like Tod finch in different ways that do not cost taxpayers...
