can u post up the normal map? ill take it into PS and see what can be done. however if u bring it into crazybump u can easily adjust the z direction with a simple slider.

Could this be a similar problem as what I'm seeing over here ? The OgreMax exporters write out a mesh XML file that is converted. The mesh XML file seems to be sharing vertices. Thanks.
